At Zero Three Management, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. Thatโ€™s why we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure peace of mind with every purchase.

๐Ÿ•’ Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of purchase, provided:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • You present a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply on selected items

Note: Custom orders, clearance stock, or specially ordered items are non-returnable for change of mind.

โš ๏ธ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and proof of purchase

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item for transit damage claims

๐Ÿ” Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days if the item is in saleable condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Any price difference must be settled at the time of exchange.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Please allow 3โ€“7 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
